1. Who we are

Corrientes 1386, Floor 7, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through axivokeltanox.com. Our main activity is the operation of a crowdlending platform applied to the Argentine real estate sector.

2. Legal framework

Processing is governed by Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its complementary rules, including the guidelines issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information in 2025 on digital platforms. We apply international principles of data minimisation and purpose limitation.

3. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email and the content of your message. We also automatically log limited technical data such as anonymised IP, device type, browser language and pages visited, according to the choices you set in the consent banner.

4. Purposes of processing

Data is used to reply to enquiries, share information about published projects, improve the site, comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse. We do not sell personal data under any circumstances.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your free and informed consent, on pre-contractual measures at your request and on legal obligations applicable to crowd-based financing platforms in the Republic of Argentina.

6. Retention

Contact form data is retained for twenty-four months from the last interaction, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. Technical logs are kept for short, aggregated periods for statistical purposes.

7. Recipients

We may share data with technology providers acting as data processors under contracts that guarantee equivalent protection obligations: server infrastructure, anti-fraud services and messaging tools. We do not transfer data outside Argentina without previously adopting appropriate safeguards.

8. Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to consultas@axivokeltanox.com. Complaints can be addressed to the Agency for Access to Public Information.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access control and periodic reviews of our internal processes.
